About cookies
Cookies are small files stored on your device. RefClin uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work and — only with your consent — to understand usage and improve it. This policy explains what we use and how to control it.
How we ask for consent
We use Google Consent Mode v2 with a "deny by default" approach. When you first visit, non-essential storage (analytics and marketing) is denied until you choose. Our banner lets you Accept all, Reject all, or set each category individually. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and you can change your mind at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
Categories of cookies
Strictly necessary (always on)
Required for the site to function — keeping you signed in, securing your session, and remembering your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
Analytics (consent required)
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These run only if you consent, and are loaded only once a measurement tag is configured.
Marketing (consent required)
Used to measure campaigns and show relevant advertising. These run only if you consent.
Managing your choices
You can withdraw or change consent at any time using Cookie settings in the footer, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Your choice is remembered for 12 months. Disabling strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
